Please read these Terms carefully before using any Service provided through the Website, https://brainhealthbh.com (“Website”) created and operated by Eventsador W.L.L. (“We” / “Us” / “Our”).

These Terms apply to all users, visitors, registrants and anyone who accesses or uses the Service. By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, please refrain from using any part of the Service.

REGISTRATION
I. The online registration form must be completed with current and accurate information
II. Payment must be processed before the registration form has been completed
III. Once the payment and registration form have been received, an email confirmation with your login credentials from conference@brainhealthbh.com will be sent to the email address provided in your registration form within 48hrs
IV. Download the ‘eventsador’ app from either the Google Play Store or Apple App Store and create your user profile using the same email address as provided in your registration form for access to the event
V. To join the event, click on the event name “Brain Health Conference” and click ‘Join Event’
VI. Your QR code in the app will be your access pass to the event

REFUND
I. Tickets once purchased are non-refundable and non-transferable
II. In case of a genuine emergency, a refund may be provided under the absolute discretion of Eventsador W.L.L. Proof of the emergency may be requested. A 30% cancellation fee will be applicable in any case
III. Any refund request should be made in writing via email to conference@brainhealthbh.com at least 48 hours before the event date/time start. Requests via other means, including but not limited to WhatsApp, SMS or Calls will not be entertained
IV. Any cancellation request with 48 hours of the event date/time will be strictly non-refundable regardless of circumstance
V. The refund process, once approved may take up to 60 calendar days

CME CERTIFICATION
I. Registration alone does not warrant issuance of the CPD/CME Certificate. Attendance of all sessions with proof of sign-in/sign-out is mandatory
II. Individual CPD/CME certificates will be sent to your registered email address within 48 hours of the end of the event

YOUR DATA
I. Your name and/or photos at the event may be used in marketing material or social media posts during and after the event
II. Your data will not be sold to any 3rd Party without obtaining your written permission
III. In case of a legal requirement, your data may be shared with law enforcement authorities

OTHER INFO
I. All international participants are encouraged to obtain adequate insurance coverage for travel, health and accident before they depart for the event. We cannot accept responsibility for personal injuries and/or loss of or damage to private property prior to, during or after the event
II. We reserve the right to make changes to the event schedule provided that this does not significantly alter or degrade the nature and quality of the event
III. Any ‘Early bird’ offer may be provided for a limited number of seats and can be closed earlier than advertised at Our sole discretion
IV. We have the right to publish any photos, videos or soundbites recorded during the event for marketing and advertising purposes
V. We will not be liable in case of a partial or complete non-execution of the event in case of Force Majeure, Acts of God or acts caused by a 3rd Party including but not limited to war, threat of war, acts of terrorism, natural disasters, impending threats of natural disaster, riots, civil unrest, pandemics, governmental shutdowns and any events beyond Our control that prevents Us from hosting the event
VI. We will not be responsible for any views expressed by the Speakers/Trainers. We cannot accept liability for any advice provided by, views expressed by any Speaker/Trainer at the event or any printed/digital material provided to delegates
VII. Anyone registering under the reduced-price categories, including but not limited to Non-Physician / Student / Nurse / Technician will be required to provide a valid copy of an ID stating as such. Failure to provide this document will result in payment of the Standard Fee for Physician (or other relevant regular price). NOTE: all Postgraduate students will be categorised as Physician/Doctor and are liable for that fee category

FRAUDULENT ACT
Registration for CPD/CME events is generally open to the following categories of attendees: Doctors / General Physicians / Dentists / Pharmacists / Nurses / Internists / Residents / Students / Assistants or Allied Health Care.
Registering with the incorrect category in order to obtain a lower priced ticket or obtaining the CME certificate without attending the entire event in person, forging an ID or attendance ticket or forging a certificate, holding a CME certificate with a job title different than what the delegate is holding is classed as a fraudulent act and will be notified to the National Health Regulatory Authority (NHRA).
There will be no refund in this case and the relevant CME certificate will be cancelled. We reserve the right to pursue legal action towards any such acts.

ACCOUNTS
When creating an account with Us, all information you provide should be accurate, complete and current at the time of registering. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms and may result in immediate termination of your account.
You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for any activity or action taken using your password.
You agree not to disclose your password to any 3rd Party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your account or breach of security.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Service and its features, content, app and functionality are and will remain the exclusive intellectual property of Eventsador W.L.L.

LINKS TO OTHER WEB SITES
In some instances, Our Service may contain links to 3rd party Services or websites that are not created by, controlled by or owned by Eventsador W.L.L., as such We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies or terms of any 3rd Party websites or Services. You further acknowledge and agree that We shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused by or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on any such content, goods or Services available on or through any such websites or Services.
You are strongly advised to read the terms and conditions and any policies of such 3rd Party websites or Services that you visit.

TERMINATION
We reserve the right to terminate or temporarily suspend your account immediately and without prior notice or liability for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease with immediate effect. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue use of the Service.
All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including but not limited to intellectual property rights, ownership rights, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.

DISCLAIMER
Your use of the Service is at your own risk. The Service is provided on an “AS IS, WHERE IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, suitability for a particular purpose or non-infringement.
We endeavour to provide this Service without interruption however will not be held liable in case of any disruption of Service caused by the internet Service provider or other related Services that assist in running this Service.

GOVERNING LAW
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms shall remain in effect.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between Us regarding our Service and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between Us regarding the Service.

CHANGES
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time.
If a revision is material, we will endeavour to provide at least 15 days’ notice prior to any new Terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
By continuing to use our Service after any such revisions, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the new Terms, you may stop using the Service.
